Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of bookkeeping, financial reporting, business advisory, and related services provided by FinSight Solutions LLC ("FinSight Solutions," "we," "our," or "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. SERVICES
FinSight Solutions provides bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cleanup services, and business advisory services. We strive to deliver accurate and timely financial information based on the records and documentation provided by our clients.
2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate financial information.
- Grant access to necessary accounting platforms and financial records.
- Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation.
- Review financial reports and notify us of any discrepancies in a timely manner.
The accuracy of our services depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the client.
3. FEES & PAYMENT
Our services are billed according to the pricing plan or service agreement accepted by the client. Monthly bookkeeping services are billed on a recurring basis. One-time services, including bookkeeping cleanup, historical catch-up work, and custom reports, are billed separately. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment providers. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
4. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
To deliver our services, FinSight Solutions may use trusted third-party platforms, including: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Stripe (for payment processing). These platforms operate under their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. FinSight Solutions is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
We treat all client financial information as confidential and use it only for providing the requested services or as required by law. We do not disclose client financial information without authorization unless required by legal or regulatory obligations.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While FinSight Solutions exercises reasonable professional care in providing services, we cannot guarantee that financial reports will be free from errors caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Any outstanding invoices remain payable after termination.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
FinSight Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
